I do not trust this company at all. They are hugely overstepping and crossing boundaries in terms of privacy. I do not understand how, after submitting a clear photo of my face, verifying my email, and verifying my phone number, yet it is not enough. How, then, do they ask for my passport or my driver's license?? My passport and driver's licence are to verify linkin!!!!!!!! Zero stars. I honestly distrust everything about this company. I'm a small business owner and professional who places a high value on trust, so CLEAR Verified is a natural product of interest to me. I appreciate that the company allows you to get verified in a few relatively easy steps and has moved beyond security lines at the airport to getting verified on platforms like LinkedIn. On platforms like LinkedIn, you only have space to enter your first and last name. If you choose a preferred name that differs from the exact fields on your ID, you can't get verified or get help. If CLEAR offered additional paths to verification and provided more education on how it handles user data and privacy, that would be very helpful in creating a deeper sense of trust. I was struggling with my tsa number not being on my ticket and all my travel companions had gone through precheck already. The regular security line was a 2 hour wait line. A clear representative stepped in, got me signed up, and walked me throug security. The speed in which the rep implemented the whole process was quite impressive. It was so easy. . The best thing about CLEAR is the ease of use and the customer service. Especially, when your anxious about making it on time for a flight. The customer service is excellent.
