Clear Bill is a web app for Canadian freelancers and small businesses that brings invoicing, expense records and GIFI categories together. Assign GIFI codes to revenue and expenses, then export CSV summaries for your accountant to review during tax preparation. Clear Bill does not prepare or submit tax returns. Create invoices and estimates, record partial payments received through your existing payment methods, track outstanding balances, and attach receipts to expenses. Schedule recurring invoices and review tax, GIFI and profit-and-loss reports. CAD and USD records are supported. For CAD invoices, tax calculations use the selected province and line-item tax settings; you choose the taxes that apply to each sale. A 14-day Pro trial requires no credit card. After the trial, the Free plan allows one user and three invoices per month. Pro costs CA$5 per user per month or CA$50 per user per year, with one free read-only Accountant seat per company. Invoice PDF downloads, email delivery and payment reminders require Pro or an active Pro trial.
