CleanSlate AI is the AI-powered back office for cleaning and facility management companies — the only software they need to run the business. One platform for sales, proposals, e-signatures, scheduling, crew communication, invoicing, payments, projects, and client management. And unlike traditional software, the owner doesn't operate it: an AI General Manager named "Ace" and his team of specialist AI agents run it for them, over text, around the clock. Crew need no app and no login — everything works over SMS in their preferred language. CleanSlate AI is built for U.S. commercial cleaning, janitorial, building service contractor (BSC), and cleaning-led facility services businesses. It replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, group texts, and single-purpose tools most owners run their business on — and replaces or augments an office manager, dispatcher, or operations coordinator.
