cleanQR is a simple QR system for small hotels and guesthouses. Each room has a QR code; guests scan it with their phone (no app, no login) and choose the cleaning they want before the morning cut-off, for example full cleaning, eco, or privacy (do not disturb). If they choose nothing, you clean as usual. - Reception sees choices live and can change them; housekeepers get a link without an account (optional PIN) and one list of rooms each morning, plus a daily PDF. - The same QR code shows a room information board for guests and lets them report issues in 7 categories, with email alerts to up to 5 addresses. - Guest page with your hotel logo, in English and Czech. Printable QR codes in 8 formats. - No PMS integration needed: setup takes about 30 minutes and works the next morning. €79 per month excl. VAT per hotel (not per room), 30-day free trial with no card. Designed for small hotels and guesthouses. Operated by Wootera Digital Technologies, s.r.o. (Czech Republic).
