What do you like best about CLD Partners? I was a massive fan of the quick response times, innovative ideas, ways to make it simpler for us to have separate and combined data. They have helped us enable features that we were not currently using to make it easier, not just on our integrated data but our existing data as well. Data moved between 5 separate platforms requiring human interaction to repeat manual tasks to save and store. Compliance with our most important asset, our contract vehicles, relied on manually updating a spreadsheet. The risk to our business was high; to comply with requirements and produce an accurate quote required an unacceptable level of effort; and we had no single-pane visibility into our business. We were paying for a costly storage tool that had no data integrity, so our system did not work for us, we worked for it. CLD streamlined our quoting process, customized a quoting tool fully integrated into SalesForce and created a self-contained system that allows us to be compliant. Our platform now has checks and balances and automates so many of the manual processes it has created an efficiency that increased our RFQ to quote time 100%. They allow you to focus on the outcome you are trying to achieve, using their internal expertise to craft the most efficient and best way to achieve your result. What do you dislike about CLD Partners? Honestly, I can say nothing that I do not like about working with the CLD team. From pipeline through order processing, I can now run reports, compare data, analyze trends and have more accurate reporting to gauge the health of our business. The methodology for implementation that CLD brings to the table is very structured and helps the business and IT stakeholders think through use cases and scenarios in a step by step way while drawing from CLDs expertise on not just the tool but also the business processes for delivery to cash. Data migration is always one of the toughest items in any enterprise program and I can always count on the CLD team to have amazing experts who have done it over and over again and are as keen to get things as close to perfect as the customer is.
