I really appreciate the waterfall enrichment in Clay, which has transformed our workflow by significantly reducing the time spent on list building and improving email match rates. Claygent has been particularly useful for handling unstructured tasks, like scanning career pages and pulling recent news, making pre-call preparation more efficient. The Salesforce sync is another feature I find valuable, as it operates reliably and ensures our data is accurately updated without needing constant oversight. The credit model could be better. Failed enrichments still burn credits, and we've blown through monthly credits early a couple of times. Some kind of cost estimate would be a good solution. The UI looks like a friendly spreadsheet, but when you need conditional logic and formula chains, it's basically programming. The phone number coverage is really weak, with mobile matches only around 30-35%. Support could also be quicker; the back and forth on tickets takes longer, especially when something breaks mid-campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
