**What do you like best about Clava?**

Clava is the only system specifically designed for the climbing and bouldering sector. Integrated waivers, sophisticated development program functionality, and self check-in make it much quicker to serve customers at reception.

**What do you dislike about Clava?**

Email functionality is lacking but should be launched by Christmas

**What problems is Clava solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operators have to rely on global POS that are built for much simpler sectors than climbing, and as such cannot meet the nuanced and complex customer situations one encounters.
