"Efficient Data Analysis with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I use Claude to analyze complex information, summarize documents, and coding. I appreciate its ability to process large amounts of information, improve professional writing, and save time while reducing manual effort. I like how it helps me produce clearer, more accurate, and better work. For coding, I find it beneficial since I'm not a programmer; Claude helps transform my ideas into a product. I think its ability to understand complex topics and provide clear and well-structured responses is particularly helpful. It's excellent for analyzing financial information, improving reports and professional communication, organizing ideas, and making better-informed decisions. It saves me time and boosts my work quality with less manual effort. The initial setup was easy and problem-free, and I use it almost every day to analyze numbers and reports. What do you dislike about Claude?

One area that could be improved is how usage limits and tokens are managed. Claude can consume a significant amount of the available usage during longer or more complex conversations, and the daily limits can sometimes interrupt the workflow. I would prefer a monthly usage allowance with clearer visibility and more efficient token management similar to what some other AI platforms offer. More reliable integrations with productivity tools and improved accuracy when working with detailed financial data would also make Claude more useful for professional work. "A Powerful Assistant for Content Creation, Drafting, and Brainstorming"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

It does a ton of work for me—content creation, document drafting, and brainstorming. I love having an assistant that helps me think, produce more, and even push back when I ask it to. Claude knows me and my business—my voice and my ideas—and can incorporate all of that into the content and other outputs we produce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Sometimes it’s just lazy — not reading the full instructions or not taking the full context into account.

The language still has very obvious AI patterns that I can’t fully get rid of. The text usually needs editing to remove that clearly AI-generated tone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claude Supercharged Our Market Research, Newsletter generation, and Pricing Strategy"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

There are multiple different ways Claude already helped:

Market research on potential new customer base

Redesigning and optimising new newsletter

Analysing the company costs using years of data and documents Creating new pricelist based on the analysis

Modeling out the changes in pricing needed to support company headcount growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The UI of it is sometimes not the most intuitive, and it seems that there are lot of changes introduced in the organisation of it from version to version.

Also it seems to trip on some tasks around working with graphics, that are quite basic when worked on with classic tools (MS Paint). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatility and user interaction that stand out"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

Its versatility and user interaction. The way I can integrate it with different applications is what attracts me the most, it gives me a lot of power in financial terms because I can do a lot with a single tool and even better, with a single payment. I have never had to use the application's customer support because I have not had any technical problems at any time with the application, so there has been no need for it. On the other hand, I like that it is an application that works everywhere and for every circumstance, I have not had any problem using it both on mobile phones and desktop devices, so that's good, and of course, its AI is the best part of all, it has some of the best artificial intelligence models on the market, I prefer it over other tools and I am aware of its updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

You need to innovate, you must innovate to stay at the forefront. You must be more disruptive but with great caution, that would attract a lot of people from all sectors. Anyway, for how AI is evolving day by day, I think it's very good for now for what it is supposed to be and do as a tool, so well done there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Natural Responses, Boosts Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I use Claude mainly for coding help, content writing, and brainstorming ideas. It gives clear responses, understands context well, and helps me save a lot of time in daily tasks. I like most its natural and human-like responses. It gives detailed answers and helps me work faster and more efficiently. I also like how smooth and easy the conversations feel while using Claude. It handles long discussions well, stays accurate, and is very helpful for both creative and technical tasks. The initial setup was very easy and direct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Sometimes Claude gives overly long answers when a short response would be better. It can also miss specific details in complex prompts, so a bit more accuracy and speed would improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Non existent support, no help function, and their helper bot Fin is the worst on the market"
0/5
What do you like best about Claude?

Almost nothing. I guess it is the writing is generally okay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Oh, where to start? There is no help. No customer support. The billing function does not work. They give you subscriptions you did not ask for, they then upgrade you with no warning, simply just taking your money. And when you try to get the money back or check how to fix things, all they can do is allow their chatbot, Fin, to answer you with the same stiff nonsense answer 100 times in a row.

The actual chat function is also limited. For example I am not allowed to write about a character committing suicide, or have character in a book be a child molester. So if you are writing a crime novel and need help with the language, you are out of luck.

Performance is meh. And strangely up and down, with no explanation. You can throw in 300 pages and ask it to review one day, no problem. The next you ask it to rewrite your CV and it stops even if you have pro subscription. Very random, very strange.

How can you not have a human handle billing? Or at least complaints about billing? Their bot Fin, who gave me subscriptions unprompted, and then deleted them again, is completely useless. Claude chat function is okay, the rest is horrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claude Speeds Up Workflows with Impressive Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

Claude has become my best friend at work! I love how easy it is to use, whether it’s chat or cowork, I’m able to go in and have very conversational interactions with Claude that always allow me to get to the end result that I want because of how intuitive and smart the tool is. It has been a game changer, allowing me to create agents and workflows that save us hours or even days. I appreciate the increased speed and accuracy it provides, especially in automating our quarterly book building process. The writing and communication features are incredibly valuable, enabling me to draft emails, reports, and responses, as well as edit documentation. I can create, write, debug, and explain code with limited technical knowledge, documenting everything along the way. It's unbelievably helpful. Integrating with other tools, like Notion, further enhances its functionality by creating a seamless flow for housing documentation, roadmaps, and other crucial information. The initial setup was incredibly simple too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

I dislike absolutely nothing about Claude at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SOTA Output and Amazing ROI—Claude Is My Go-To for Almost Everything"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I’ve used Claude for almost all of my tasks. It’s one of the best LLM models, with top intelligence benchmarks across a wide range of domains. I’ve connected Notion, ClickUp, Drive, and Gmail to Claude, and the ROI has been amazing for me on the Pro plan. In day-to-day use, the output quality and overall performance feel very SOTA, and the platform—both the app and the CLI—is smooth and easy to get started with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

At least for me, there’s nothing I’ve hated about it so far, other than the session limit getting exhausted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Blazing-Fast Updates and a Creative, Human-Like Personality"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I love most about Claude is the astonishing velocity of their updates — it feels like they are rolling out new, impactful features almost daily. Their recent design capabilities are genuinely mind-blowing; Claude handles UX/UI logic and code structure at the level of a real human designer. But the absolute biggest differentiator is its "personality." Compared to ChatGPT, which often sounds like a stiff, rigid "office drone" generating generic corporate boilerplate, Claude feels like a highly creative, down-to-earth colleague. The responses are much more natural, nuanced, and structurally creative Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The biggest drawback is still the usage limits on the paid tier. Because Claude is so good at analyzing large documents and design files, you tend to use massive context windows, which makes you hit the message cap surprisingly fast during a busy workday. Also, its safety guardrails can sometimes be a bit too aggressive, occasionally refusing perfectly harmless prompts if it misinterprets the context Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth, Fast, and Distraction-Free AI for Student Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

As a student, I use Claude and their AI model on the daily basis. My experience with Claude Desktop as well as web version has been smooth and productive. The UI is clean and distraction free, making it easy to focus on tasks like coding help and writing. Integration is still limited compared to full IDE's, but it works well for general workflows. Talking about the performance is fast and responsive, even on normal system. In terms of pricing/ROI, the free tier is useful, and the paid version feels worth it for frequent use. Onboarding is simple no complex setup required. The AI and Intelligence is the strongest part, providing clear explanations, structured answer and helpful coding support. Overall, it's great tool for learning and productivity, especially for students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

I found that Claude Desktop has limited integrations with development tools, which restricts advance workflows. Some time responses can be slower or less precise for very technical queries. Additionally, the free tier has limited usage limits which sometime gets over easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
