What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Claude solves for me is the drafting and synthesis load that comes with being a PM. So much of the job is taking scattered input, user interviews, Slack threads, meeting notes, half-formed ideas and turning them into clear artifacts like PRDs, specs, and stakeholder updates. That work used to take hours and became a bottleneck before anything could move. Claude gets me from a blank page to a strong first draft in minutes.
It also helps bridge a cross-functional gap. I sit between engineering, design, ops, and the business, and I can’t be fluent in all of them at once. Claude can explain technical concepts to me from the ground up, then help me repackage the same idea for each audience, so I’m not constantly pulling other people in just to get up to speed.
The payoff is mostly time and focus. I get hours back each week, and more importantly I can spend them on the parts of the job that actually need me; prioritization, trade-offs, and talking to users, instead of formatting and rewording. Communication across the team is faster and more consistent, and decisions don’t stall while they wait on me to write something up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
