What do you like best about ClassWallet?

I like how user-friendly this website is. It really is an easy process for teachers and staff when it comes to school expenses. It's nice how organized it is so you can have all your accounts, receipts, paperwork in one place. It really was nice having this software available for us, and made our work life much more simple than it was before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

I don't really have anything I dislike, but maybe if there was an app version that would also be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ClassWallet:

Definitely give it a shot because it will make things so much easier for you, especially if you are a busy person who has trouble organizing all your work information and personal information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClassWallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

Getting ahold of someone from ClassWallet is somewhat tricky. It is almost as if you must email ten times and then email the person in charge of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Classwallet - Can be confusing"

What do you like best about ClassWallet?

I like the idea of Classwallet being able to assist in school purchasing by eliminating the need for POs. You essentially add your cart from various sites to Classwallet and if it gets purchased, that's the approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

I dislike the number of supported stores and the restrictions for stores like Amazon.com. You cannot purchase digital items from Amazon using Classwallet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Classroom Supplies through ClassWallet "

What do you like best about ClassWallet?

I like that your instructional funds, grant money, or other financial allotments from your school or district are deposited directly into an account. The best part is that you can order directly from the ClassWallet partners such as Amazon, Office Depot, and other teacher supply stores. The supplies are then sent to your school. The Amazon orders are also eligible for prime shipping! If you don't want to order directly from the ClassWallet account, you can link your checking account information and get reimbursed. What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

I don't like that there are a limited number of partners through which you can order materials directly. I wish that there were more vendors partnered with the company. However, Amazon does have nearly everything you could want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend ordering from the websites partnered with ClassWallet rather than getting reimbursed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClassWallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using ClassWallet, instructional funds were deposited directly into teachers' checking accounts. Teachers then had to submit receipts and information about their purchases. If the money was not spent, it would be charged back out. Prior to that system, the district provided teachers with preloaded cards that they could use to purchase materials. Many people lost their receipts, causing tension in the classroom. Additionally, this is allowing me to us Prime on Amazon without having a membership, and I can get classroom materials to the students who need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Start with a slow rollout. It can be tricky to understand at first since purchasing from different retailers may have different processes. Such as being redirected to ClassWallet to check out. Sometimes you are prompted to import your cart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
