Designed for low-bandwidth reliability and mobile-first workflows, Classnode replaces manual Excel broadsheets and paper ledgers across four core school operations: ​Automated Results & Report Cards: Subject teachers enter Continuous Assessment (CA) and examination scores once on their phones even offline. Classnode automatically calculates subject totals, grades, tie-aware class positions, affective/psychomotor ratings, cumulative third-term broadsheets, and state-compliant report sheets (including the Ogun State OGSERA template). ​Custom School Websites: Every school on Classnode gets a fast, mobile-friendly public website built around its crest, colours, news, and admission details hosted on a Classnode address or the school's own custom domain (.sch.ng or .com) with built-in parent PIN result checking and staff sign-in. ​Automated Fee Tracking & Reconciliation: Each student is assigned a dedicated virtual bank account number (via Paystack). When parents transfer school fees, payments settle directly into the school's bank account and update the student's fee ledger automatically without manual bank alert matching. ​Offline-Ready Daily Attendance: Class teachers mark morning attendance registers on their phones in seconds. Records sync automatically when internet connectivity returns and notify parents of absences.
