Class Link **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2018 **What do you like best about ClassLink?** Class Link allows students to sign in using one user name and password, and then all of the other accounts are linked through out. This means that instead of remembering potentially a dozen (or even more!) unique user names and passwords, they just have to remember this one. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** The student' other accounts must be linked to it ahead of time, and students must sign in to each one just once. However, this is easy enough to do just once. **Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:** Use if you have students or customers who have a lot of usernames and/or passwords to remember. **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of having to remember many different user names and passwords, they just have to remember this one. It saves time and frustration of forgetting. ### 2. Quick Login for Forgetful Teacher **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Natalie C. | High School Social Studies Teacher, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2018 **What do you like best about ClassLink?** ClassLink is great because it allows for one single login for all the sites that I regularly have to login on a daily basis and those sites are constantly requiring that I change and update my password and this site allows for them to log in and just remember one username and one password. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** Setting up the service is a bit tedious at the beginning but after that it is really a simple system to use. **Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:** This program takes a bit to set up but once you have done this it is actually a great time saver. There are some programs that I use daily and this saves my logins and then there are programs that I use maybe twice a year and it saves those logins as well. **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClassLink is helping with my Efficiency and helping me save time from constantly resetting my password or even taking the time to call Tech Support. This has benefited me greatly because it allows me to be more present in my classroom or saving precious time during my planning periods where my time could be used more academically. ### 3. No need to search my desktop for icons. One login and one point of access for multiple applications and programs. This centralizes my programs and allows me to customize my display screen to make my job easier. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** I have nothing that I have found to dislike. Classlink works well (and is very user friendly, not requiring any training) and I have not encountered any errors or issues. **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can use one login to access my different programs and applications. I can also keep them all in one central location. I can personalize my screen to show what is important to me and remove what I do not use. ### 4. The SSO feature is very convenient. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** There's nothing I particularly dislike about this program, there's just similar options out there like dropbox and the cloud. **Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:** Great option if you're trying to go to a paperless classroom. **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClassLink makes it easier for students to turn in their digital classwork to me versus the past where they'd give me a flash drive or send it in an email. ### 5. Classlink’s seamless integration bridging the gap of many other single sign on applications and solving the data exchange nightmare between industry vendors **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** Not much to dislike , other solutions will Nicole and fine you pre connections or apps to connect to. Classlink has a massive library of connections and if not in there... they will add it. Only try dislike ... my district did not find it sooner **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solved single sign on ability to massive amounts of rd tech solutions through the school system. One pane of glass .. one login for students to manage and then they are in. Solved overall high level anyaltics to see software or application usage Closed the multi month long process of getting data from student systems to programs for instant access to resources ### 6. It's so convenient. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** Passwords don't always save so when work requires me to update my password, it doesn't sync with all the sites. There's a few that do not. **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using it, we're able to streamline computer usage. ### 8. Being on a secure network, I don't always have access to add those plug-ins. **Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:** Use it!
