Student registration is easy to manage, and the integration with Microsoft products makes the work seamless. The user interface is simple and easy to use, with helpful tips for new users. Support is instant whenever you need it from the Classe365 team. System performance is exceptional: pages load instantly, changes made in the portal reflect immediately for students, and reports can be generated in just a few clicks. I just wish it included a few additional features: custom grade management (for example, taking the highest grade from two assessments), larger file upload limits for student assessment submissions, a plagiarism checker for students, a cleaner interface for adding timetables across different level cohorts, and improved sort and filter options in the assessments and grading module. We used to handle all of our registration on paper, and then we had to scan a lot of it in, which took up time and wasted resources. Now it has made our process simpler and paperless by letting us create forms on the portal and share a link with potential students so they can register. School notices can also be posted on the portal, and students receive an email notification, which makes it much easier to interact with them instead of crafting a mass email and inputting every student’s email address one by one. As a School Administrator and System Manager, I’ve worked with many SIS and LMS platforms, but Classe365 is in a league of its own. What I like best is how incredibly proactive they are. In my experience, most systems are slow to change, but Classe365 is constantly pushing the envelope with new features and updates. I have never seen another system move this fast while remaining so professional and reliable. The most impressive part is that despite the rapid pace of improvement, the system stays completely stable. It’s a highly suitable, pro-level solution for any school looking for a system that actually grows with them rather than falling behind. It has truly transformed how we manage our institution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Classe365? The Mobile App & The Future While the core system is outstanding, the Mobile App currently has its limitations. It doesn’t yet offer the same deep functionality and polished experience as the desktop portal. For a system that is otherwise so advanced, the app feels like the one area that needs to catch up to the "pro" standards of the rest of the platform. However, I want to highlight the Classe365 Support Team. They have been very proactive in communicating with us, and they’ve informed us that a major overhaul of the Parents App is currently in development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Classe365 solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest benefit for me has been how Classe365 handles complex integrations. We use it as a central hub that connects seamlessly with third-party tools like ClassLink. What I appreciate most is their support for custom middleware. We use our own internal systems to integrate with their API to push data and updates across our different platforms. The Classe365 support team has provided the best technical support I’ve experienced so far in this area—they are highly responsive and knowledgeable when it comes to bridging the gap between their system and our custom needs. The interface and design of Classe365 are easy to navigate. The software includes a lot of features with the intention of easing the teacher`s work. The LMS delivers all that is needed for smooth performance. The recent updates brought us more useful integrations that help organise your daily tasks better. What do you dislike about Classe365? The one thing that we find problematic is the iOS app. Our students have experienced issues mostly on the app rather than the browser version. The dashboard on the app is easy to use, however it would be ideal if each icon had its name or some type of written guidance, the start on the landing page could be their class schedule or notice board, not the activity history. I find the dashboard of Classe365 very informative, which helps me manage my students efficiently. The add-on modules like Forms, LMS, Fees & Invoicing, Alumni, and tasks are quite convenient to use. I particularly love the Forms and Fees & Invoicing features. The forms come with workflow and automations, allowing me to create over 40 forms to communicate with students and manage their needs, making it easy for staff to follow up on students' demands. The Fees & Invoicing features are easy to connect with authorize.net for auto charge and updating, and they let me check if any fees are due and not paid. When students make payments using the white-labeled website, it gives me the suspicious transaction prompt. It is a little difficult to generate the transcript as well. I hope it gives me more template options or makes it easy for me to edit the way I want it. I don't know how to solve the suspicious transaction prompt because I checked with the Classe365 team several times. They say nothing is wrong on their side. Sometimes I find it difficult to fit the school's needs and standards. It should be more flexible and customizable. The mobile app is very bad and poor in performance. We use mobile apps heavily these days, so it should focus on that too. It's not simple to operate sometimes, and more features should be added to the core module. I like that we can record our students and teachers and then assign them to the appropriate courses. The software allows uploading course materials and chatting with students and teachers. Additionally, exams can be uploaded relatively easily and corrected by teachers. I particularly like the ability to send emails to individual classes, courses, teachers, or students. Attendance can be recorded and monitored very well. Lastly, I appreciate the function to create a personalized certificate for each student at the end of the year. During exams, it would be better if one could see all the same questions listed together for correction, instead of going through all the questions for each student individually.
