Claspo is definitely a great tool for many use cases with a huge variety of ready-made templates. As for us, their multi-step forms worked great for consultation requests with a 4,7% conversion rate, which is really great. Most of all I love their variety of personalization features. We use merge tags a lot to make our messaging more friendly and personal. Claspo is also super flexible when it comes to display rules, and the recent release of the data layer adds to it. Claspo is an absolutely great, easy-to-use widget builder. Their library of templates makes it easy to get started as you can find a ready-to-go design for almost any purpose that a SaaS may need. The editor itself is very flexible, both in terms of design and customization. Adding Claspo to our marketing stack was easy because they offer direct integrations, and custom integrations through webhooks. They have also recently released the data layer feature for behavior based triggering. We worked with their customer service team on testing it, and it worked really well. One of the standout features of Claspo is its behavior-triggering and targeting capabilities, so I can easily set it to display widgets based on user actions. I was looking for a solution that would allow me to quickly create and publish popups on our site without involving our design and dev team, and I found it! I had no problem installing the plugin, and it works flawlessly with our WordPress site. But best of all, I like that they have multi-step forms. What I like most about Claspo is the ease of customizing the design, value propositions based on customer segments, and display rules of lead capture widgets. With Claspo, we can create user-friendly pop-ups and set specific trigger scenarios, something HubSpot forms couldn’t do, and all without costly development. Claspo also lets us segment leads and we have greatly improved our follow-up processes. Templates. definitely. They have a large library of ready-made templates which saves us a ton of time. Then the customization is very easy. Another thing I like is the option when the actual pop up can be triggered so we can target our audience quite well. Also their JS script is quite small so it does not eat up much resources and it does not slow down your store as Google will normally penalize you for it. I would love to see more integrations. Also I'm missing workspaces. I know we can have each domain with its rights separately but for agencies it would be much more convenient if we can have workspaces that separate our clients. I would love to see more user rights.
