While the core engine is powerful, the current user experience can be a maze for new or non-technical users. Some of the app's best and most critical features—like the global "Annoyance Safeguard" settings or the excellent "Start from Scratch" workflow—are hidden behind non-obvious UI elements, making them difficult to discover.

The initial onboarding funnels new users through a restrictive path, which doesn't fully represent the app's true capabilities. I believe the app would be truly best-in-class if the user interface were streamlined to make its powerful features as accessible and easy to find as they are powerful to use. I have minimal experience with coding modern-day websites (basic HTML is all I know). My site runs on WordPress, but it's a "managed" version where I cannot add plug-ins whenever I want to. I was looking for an alternative to learning coding or paying someone to create a script to collect e-mail addresses for a newsletter.

Creating the pop-up in Claspo was SUPER easy. Once I found the script in Claspo and once I figured out how to insert it into my WP pages, it was very easy to add. It looks good and let me set the desired parameters.
