It replaces the paper register, the spreadsheet of who has paid and the scattered messages to parents with one web app that works on any phone or computer, with nothing to install. Timetable and calendar: set up groups, one-to-one lessons and rooms, and see the week at a glance. Tutors can cancel a session or add an extra one, and let the families know by email in the same step. Attendance from your phone: take the register in a few taps during the lesson. Families can be emailed when their child is absent, and every student keeps a full attendance history. Parent communication: send notices by email to a class, a group or the whole centre. Each family gets a private link to a portal where they can check the timetable, attendance and payment status without creating an account. Fee tracking: see at a glance who has paid this month and who has not, send automatic reminders, issue payment receipts and export everything to Excel. ClaseAlDía does not issue invoices; it works alongside your accounting software or accountant. Online enrolment (Centre and Centre+ plans): share a link where families fill in the student's details; you review each request and accept or reject it with one click. Plans include all features (online enrolment from the Centre plan): Tutor (1 user, 40 active students), Centre (5 tutors, 150 students) and Centre+ (unlimited users and students, multiple sites). Prices include VAT, with monthly or yearly billing and a 30-day free trial with no card and no lock-in; you can cancel from inside the app. Available in Spanish, English, French and German, for Spain, the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany and Austria. Data is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, and a GDPR data processing agreement is included for every customer.
