There 1st line helpdesk is also superb. They go above and beyond to help find a solution to any question, even to the point of suggesting solutions outside of their own. The main downside for us in the app. Although this is still being developed, we've not been in a position to allow our users to use the app yet, simply because of the way our site is set up. Having Claromentis has given us the opportunity to move away from paper systems which we had been using for years. Now, all members of staff book holidays, out of office appointments, etc. via the intranet, which has been invaluable now more of us are working from home.
