The intranet has revolutionised our business and the way we work. We are very proud of our family culture, and our intranet is a key player in helping this culture thrive. The look and feel is modern, it's easy to administer and customise and it feels very 'branded' to our company and style. There 1st line helpdesk is also superb. They go above and beyond to help find a solution to any question, even to the point of suggesting solutions outside of their own. The main downside for us in the app. Although this is still being developed, we've not been in a position to allow our users to use the app yet, simply because of the way our site is set up. Communication is key and this is where the intranet has filled the biggest gap. 80% of our employees are field based and being able to comunicate to them through the intranet, and give them the ability to get all company information in one place has been by far the biggest benefit! Now, all members of staff book holidays, out of office appointments, etc. via the intranet, which has been invaluable now more of us are working from home.
