I love how Claromentis Business Process Automation streamlines and organizes all my internal workflows. It effectively turns messy, repetitive tasks into smooth, automated processes. The system saves me a significant amount of time by running repetitive steps automatically, which means I don't have to constantly chase people or deal with back-and-forth communications. I appreciate the full visibility it provides me into my workflows, allowing me to see exactly where any request or task is in the process, who is handling it, what stage it’s at, and what is still pending. This visibility eliminates the need for guessing or digging through emails, making my everyday work feel smoother and more controlled. The initial setup was fairly easy, with the basics being straightforward enough for me to build simple workflows without much trouble. My most used integrations, such as with my document storage, HR systems, and communication tools, function well, further supporting my workflow automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Claromentis Business Process Automation? I find that some parts of the setup in Claromentis Business Process Automation can feel a bit rigid. When I want something very customized, it takes extra time which can be frustrating. Additionally, while the interface is good, it could be a little more modern and smoother to navigate. We are a reseller of the Claromentis digital workspace, and the majority of our clients use the eforms tool. From simple leave forms (with automatic manager approval) through to complex processes such as risk matrix's, the eforms application means any manual based process can be converted to a digital one. The aspects we like most are: - easy to use form builder wizard; - the ability to define permissions on fields and sections within a field; - customisable notifications; and - flexbility using custom plugins. This is not so much a dislike, but a reality with a product that has unlimited features. What problems is Claromentis Business Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you? Many businesses still use a variety of analog ways of capturing and processing data. The definition of 'analog' in this sense includes such things as an employee completing a leave form in a PDF (only to print out) or a staff member sending a business card request via email.
