Clarity Books AI is bookkeeping for self-employed people and small business owners who don't want to learn accounting software or pay $600+ a month for a bookkeeper. Connect your bank and credit cards through Plaid (12,000+ institutions, read-only access). Clarity imports your transactions back to January 1 and categorizes them with AI. It learns your vendors, so the more you use it the less it asks. Once a week it sends a short check-in, by push notification and in the app, about the few transactions it isn't sure of. You answer in plain words. You get a monthly profit and loss report automatically, every account in one dashboard, and a year-end packet you can send to your CPA in one click. Clarity also handles invoices with online payment, 1099 contractor tracking, a mileage log, sales tax tracking, receipts, and more than one business under one login. You can invite your accountant to work in your books. Every AI categorization is a suggestion you can override in one click. Your data is encrypted, stored in the US, never sold, and you can delete everything yourself at any time. One plan at $149/month with every feature and unlimited transactions. Try it free for 30 days.
