What do you like best about Clario CTMS?

Although the interface design looks very outdated (think early 2000s, windows xp), the GUI is fairly intuitive and simple to navigate for new users. Other than that, nothing very positive to say about this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clario CTMS?

- Very poor system performance and unreasonable loading time for data entry

- Many unresolved bugs which causes system to frequently stall or crash

- Lack of support from vendors to address queries and system issues

- No audit trail (compliance risk). Version history function allows for deletion of previous version of edits.

- Validation Issues, including: long validation timelines, inability to clone validated test environment to production, vendor documentation

Recommendations to others considering Clario CTMS:

Spend that extra couple bucks and work with a different vendor. Bioclinica has terrible support team for this product, which is not scalable for bigger companies, or even mid-size companies. The slow system performance results in a huge time drain for staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clario CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently using Bioclinica CTMS for storage of transactional data. The CTMS is currently housing contact and site information for clinical trials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
