I find Clarify CRM's ability to quickly record and capture developments in deals, even across teammates and multiple threads, incredibly useful. At the moment, the AI still requires some assistance. It frequently populates company details with incorrect information, which on its own might not be a major issue. I hate CRM maintainence. It's a lot of work to keep contacts, companies, meetings, and notes up-to-date. The killer feature of Clarify is that it updates everything for you. I never worry about whether we remembered to track a deal anymore. I just search in Clarify when I'm ready, and every interaction (meeting recordings, emails, etc.) is magically there and linked up correctly. Setup was also a breeze. Not fully configurable and needs some minor UI polish. For example, I wanted to make sure all of my meeting recordings were automatically shared internally, but I couldn't find a setting for this in Clarify.
