What do you like best about Clarifai?

The best part about Clarifai is that it lets us leverage models that have already been trained by other developers, including Anthropic and OpenAI. Since it closely corresponds to the requirements of our project, I've used it more. It is quite simple to use; in our situation, I uploaded pictures of wounds and told it to identify the type and color of the wound. I discovered that its accuracy was about 60%. What do you dislike about Clarifai?
