Clarier is an AI governance and enablement platform for regulated organizations. It helps compliance, IT, and risk teams approve AI tools faster while keeping a defensible record of what's in use. Most firms govern AI with a spreadsheet and an annual attestation that goes stale the week it's filed. Clarier runs a continuous loop instead. It discovers which AI tools employees are actually using, evaluates each vendor against your policy, monitors approved tools as their terms and capabilities change, and produces the evidence regulators, auditors, and institutional clients ask for. Discovery pulls from network and firewall telemetry, so shadow AI surfaces without relying on employee self-reporting. Vendor risk reports cover security posture, data handling and retention, model training practices, and compliance certifications. A built-in intake workflow gives employees a way to request a tool and get a decision, rather than routing around IT. Clarier was built by a team that spent two decades running technology inside a hedge fund, with particular depth in alternative investment managers: hedge funds, private equity, and asset managers responding to SEC exam priorities, AIMA DDQ requirements, and client due diligence questionnaires.
