Before Clari, updating Salesforce felt cumbersome and outdated. Now, with Clari, forecasting and updating notes are much more streamlined. We've been using it for about a year, and everyone is bought into it, from VPs to directors. It's not just for forecasting; I've started using it for account research and tiering accounts for prospecting. We've also begun using it for renewals, which ties back to our focus on mitigating churn and handling renewals directly. Clari has helped us keep better track of our accounts and ensure we're covering our territories effectively. Clari provides me with a follow up tool that allows me to provide well documented forecast input to my VP. Thanks to tooling like trend flow and pulse, I can combine my own estimations with the AI input from the tool. It also helps me to check the coverage ratio needed for my different sales professionals and their hygiene in SFDC. Further more I get info from the activity tab that invites me to ask very specific questions as to deal progress. Not everything can be included in statistics. An evolution through the quarter is often not always revealing what happened. What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visibility of large numbers of opportunities, updates made to them, and ability to change data fields. I don't need to go one by one in SalesForce to review missing details in terms of updates, but also allows me to look what next action needs to be taken. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

Its best in class Rev AI helps in Revenue intelligence along with precision forecasting with Salesforce Automations making all the CRM tasks easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

I would expect a bit of administrative overhead. It’s fairly content-heavy, and there can be some challenges with the learning curve and overall adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales Tool for ease of engagements having all the required integrations including Calenders, emails along with the recurring CRM Data which helps to boost the productivity and operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
