Clara is an AI virtual receptionist for medical, dental and psychology practices in Brazil. It answers patients on WhatsApp the way a human receptionist would: it replies to questions about pricing, insurance and availability, books the appointment inside the conversation, syncs both ways with Google Calendar, sends reminders and follows up with patients who missed a visit. It understands voice notes and images, works 24/7, and the clinic staff can take over any conversation from the dashboard at any moment. Clara also talks to the practitioner on their own WhatsApp to ask questions and request authorization. The clinical software is included: electronic health records, prescriptions, telehealth, billing and electronic invoices. Setup takes about 10 minutes, with a 7-day free trial and no lock-in contract. Clara Tecnologias is a Meta Tech Provider with an app approved in the WhatsApp Business Platform App Review.
