Easy to use. A business user can also create Apps with few clicks. Drag and drop and support of excel formula makes it very useful. Chat support and SPOC are beneficial. Support for consuming REST API and Google sheet makes it easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clappia?

The biggest challange for technical software/application requirement, is to explain the IT teeam what is the techncal requirements. Technical terms, fields, condition etc. This made me handicape to develop tehnical solution, even if I know what I need but chlannaging to explain and developed by IT team to meet the same requirements.

Thanks to CLAPPIA my decade long hunt of having our technical solutions web/mobile app for manufacturing, quality data replacing traditional log sheets, excel file. Apart from that it was alsomost impossibe to find required data from log sheet and excel during audit, which made a single click away using Clappia.

Define our own required field, workflow, conditions made development so easy and without writing a single line of code. We have no IT person in team and nor we have any plan to include. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clappia?

We are satisfied with our requirement so far and in case if we need any features we can communicate to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have not know-how of any programming language, server or cloud hosting skill - BUT you have all other technical know how of your requirement, workflow, condition you need - CLAPPIA is the perfect NO CODE platform to you. if you worry in your startup of developing web/mobile applications are IT skill, Cloud, server hosting & management, Programming language skill - CLappia is your one stop solution to overcome all these.

Apart from these economical rate with hasssle free from all other areas, you will be able to focus only on NO CODE app development and manage yourr customer rest all data, sever security etc. leave for the clappia to manage.

There is no additional cost or condition on use of cloud space, which is the best, otherwise it could be very costly and difficult to calculate/guess the cost while offering solution to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's effortless to create forms using their given tools. For any calculation logic, it uses only excel formulas. One more important thing is, it can be used from mobile also like a mobile app. Being a no-code platform, Clappia is very easy for all organizations to use. What do you like best about Clappia?

We love the simplicity of setting questions and parameters on Clappia, especially for people without an IT background. A lot of tools that we can explore, such as Geotagging location, capturing photos, scanning barcodes, etc. It is easier to analyze the data using Graphs on Clappia or simply downloading the excel/spreadsheet. In addition, we can also customize the app using our name (both for Android and IoS). Thank you for your hard work on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Few areas which can be improved are:

a) Sophistication of dashboard

b) Inclusion of RPA facility or the ability to integrate with other RPA tools

c) Only available on cloud and on premise is not readily available

What problems is Clappia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been using the platform sicne last couple of years primarily for automation of the follign processes. Though to be honest, we ahve realised its importance in the last 18 months.

Few key uses cases are:

a) Automation of site survey for IT services and support - Ealier the enire process was excela nd email based with survey to reporting time consuming to weeks. Now we are able to do it in days and at times in hours with correct pictures and documents of site

b) Automation of site audit - enabling superviros, managers and field workers to audit and take remedial actions in days rather than weeks

c) Automation of payable and receivable processes - Payables and receivable timeline monitoring and reminders are automated, leading to tigher control on cash flow
