With Clappia I have been able to create an APP that was not possible within Google Forms, Sign up Genius or Survey Monkey. It is an easy to use application with outstanding features built into the service.

They also have Outstanding technical assistance to help you create the app the way that you envision the app working. Tools that are just not avaialable in the above programs even with paid services at the highest level. The staff is all exceeding the expectations that I had in regards to service and assistance. They respond and assist in a very short time frame. They also offer video conferencing to show you how to execute features that are not front facing.

Honestly I have not found many downsides to Clappia.

Items that may not currently be available are most likely already in production to improve Clappia.

They are also very open to hearing suggestions and features that you would like to see.

Only suggestion would be a little longer training tutorials on some of the processes for those that do not hold design and programing bacgrounds. But with the Outstanding Request Help feature, makes it hard to consider this a dislike.

This Team has thought of everything they can to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible, and take there vast knowledge and experience to assist you.
