Claister is accounting practice management software: a workspace for accounting firms with clients, recurring work, deadlines, documents and a client portal. An accounting firm's month repeats: payroll, VAT returns, annual reports and bank statements, for dozens of clients. In Claister you describe each service once, and every period appears for every client with its deadline, owner and weekend rule. One queue shows what is overdue, what is due today and what is waiting on a client. Collecting documents is built in. You ask a client for exact items; the client opens the portal, uploads and confirms; you review and accept, or ask for a correction in one step. Requests, reminders and replies go out by email or Telegram from the accountant's own connected account, and the conversation stays on the client's record. AI works on the same data and stays under your control. Ask "who still owes October documents?" and get the list with its sources and the reminders already written. Upload a client's bank statement and see which payments still need a supporting document. Nothing is sent, attached or changed until a person confirms. Claister sits beside the ledger. It never files returns or posts entries in your accounting system. With Site.pro Accounting (B1.lt), one click sends a document into the client company's books as a purchase waiting to be entered. Also included: tax payment tracking with receipts, optional time tracking, spreadsheets and text documents, roles and client assignment, an audit trail, two-factor sign-in and hosting in the EU.
