The best thing about claimable is their service-providing types, whatever documents you need to handle it was just a step away in handy. There are multiple custom claims they are offering which make you sit and do the work cleaner. They are also offering you a free trial over a certain period that you can make use of before purchasing the license. It was entirely cloud-based so that you can access it anytime anywhere. There is an automated checklist available which was really helpful for your repetitive task. Also, you can export your claim details and custom process details easily. **What do you dislike about Claimable?** It takes a quite bit of time to get used to understanding the software, so it would be better if we get some manual guide and easy assistant help service. It takes no time to have new employees up and running. It is effortless to navigate, and the team at Claimable is constantly improving upon key features which only benefit the user. They not only improve upon key features they also add to them. Their support team is always eager to answer questions and offer solutions when called. This product was also easy to integrate into our systems. **What do you dislike about Claimable?** My main objection was that I could only upload one photo at a time. When dealing with claims, there is rarely only one photo. It would have been nice to load them in batches. The last upgrade we had, the system appeared slower, which was annoying. We had to stop and save our work too frequently whereas the old system kept it automatically. Lastly, the email was a tad bit too slow. **Recommendations to others considering Claimable:** I can't say enough positive things about Claimable. My best advice is to buy this product and see for yourself. I really couldn't find anything significant I did not like about it. We are more efficient, which makes us customer savvy. We have saved a lot of time which flows back down to our customers in excellent customer service. It is a very easy application to use and store information for easy access. I also really like the staff members of Claimable, they are all very friendly and available to assist at any time (even though they are in Europe and we are in the United States). The features to download to an excel spreadsheet is also really cool because it gives a quick snapshot for accounting or other purposes. **What do you dislike about Claimable?** There are just a few minor improvements that I think Claimable can make in order to really grow more of a base of usage. One, is the photo uploader. Currently, you have to upload one photo at a time and I think it would be great if they had the tool to upload multiple photos at once because it is very time consuming to have to upload one photo at a time. The other thing I wish Claimable had was more flexibility on what certain people can see over others.
