Claima is an AI-native revenue cycle platform for independent outpatient practices and the billing companies that serve them. It handles claim submission, eligibility checks, remittance posting and denial follow-up through an integrated clearinghouse connection, and generates appeal letters for denied claims. Where Claima differs is payment verification: it checks every Medicare payment against the CMS Physician Fee Schedule for the practice's own locality, so underpaid claims are flagged instead of closed, and it applies the modifier and multiple-procedure rules that legitimately reduce payment so your team doesn't chase false findings. Start with a free A/R review: upload an 835 or aging file and see what is underpaid, denied or unworked. Claima signs a BAA with every client and hosts data on Microsoft Azure under Microsoft's BAA.
