"Helpful Tool for Sharing Quick Video Updates"
5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

I like most about Claap it is very easy it makes sharing fast and quick video updates. Instead of long meetings or writing long big messages, I can just record a short video clip and explain things clearly in that video.and comments and timestamped feedback has also help me and my team to stay aligned without going back and forth. overall, it makes communication faster and a lot more clear and easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

claap is really good overall, but there are a few things that could be changed. The video processing can be slow at times, especially when the video is little bit longer. The user interface is clean but some options feel hidden, so it takes a lot much time to find what you need. and i also feel that the integrations could be smoother. none of these are big issues but they do slow things once in a while. Also, the initial setup was easy, pretty comfortable, and user-friendly, making it straightforward to use. "Time-saving AI meeting assistant that actually works"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

What I like best about Claap is how much time it saves me after meetings. The AI summaries are clear, well-structured, and actually useful, so I don’t have to rewatch recordings or write notes manually. I also really appreciate how easy it is to share short video clips and key moments with teammates — it makes collaboration much faster, especially with remote teams. Overall, it feels very intuitive and fits naturally into my daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

One downside is that the AI summaries, while generally very good, sometimes miss small details or specific context, so I still need to quickly review and tweak them. Also, some advanced features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if you’re new to call recording or sales tools. I think the onboarding experience and in-app guidance could be slightly improved to help new users get up to speed faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best tool for cutting down unnecessary meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

What I appreciate most about Claap is how simple it is to quickly record something and share it with my team. As a marketer at TaloWiz, I use Claap several times a week to send demo walkthroughs or campaign ideas. The ability to comment on specific timestamps is especially helpful, since my teammates can respond directly to those moments rather than scheduling another call. This feature really saves us time and helps keep our communication clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Occasionally, longer recordings require extra time to process, which can slow down my workflow. I’ve also observed that the transcript accuracy drops when speakers talk quickly or speak over each other. Additionally, when I accumulate a lot of videos, the library becomes somewhat cluttered, and I find myself wishing there were better options for organizing them. "Save Time with Quality Reports"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

I really appreciate the content of the report that Claap provides because it allows me to save a lot of time without having to edit the report itself. The quality of the reports is a major asset, and that's why we chose Claap over other tools. The initial setup process was not complicated for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

What I find a bit annoying is that when I want a more detailed report, all the minutes of the video are displayed, which forces me to copy-paste into Gmail and delete all those links to the video. It would be ideal to have a button to enable or disable the display of the timing in the video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Meeting Recording and Sharing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

I use Claap to automatically record and document my online meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, which has become a part of my daily workflow. I love how practical it feels in real life—it saves time, improves clarity, and makes collaboration smoother, especially when teammates can’t attend the meeting live. It captures meetings effortlessly without disrupting the conversation flow, with consistently clear audio and video quality. Claap makes it easy to turn long meetings into something actionable, allowing me to jump to key moments and share clips or full recordings with my team. It fits really well into my workflow alongside tools like Slack and task management platforms, making follow-ups easier. The initial setup was easy and straightforward without requiring heavy training. I appreciate how Claap brought everything into one clean workflow, making it lighter, faster to adopt, and more suitable for the whole team compared to heavier, sales-centric tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Sometimes the processing of longer meetings takes a bit more time than expected, especially when the call runs long or has a lot of participants. It’s not a deal-breaker, but when you’re in a hurry to share insights right after a meeting, faster processing would be a big plus. I also feel there’s room to improve deeper AI insights. Compared to tools like Gong or Chorus, which offer very advanced sales-focused analytics, Claap keeps things simpler. That works well for general teams, but adding more smart summaries or clearer action-item extraction could make it even more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real automation that saves time and improves coordination"
4/5
What do you like best about Claap?

What I value most about Claap is how easy it makes the entire post-meeting process: it generates clear summaries, identifies tasks, organizes information, and integrates effortlessly with the tools I already use. The implementation was quick, daily use is very smooth, and support responds swiftly when any questions arise. It is a tool that truly saves time and improves the quality of teamwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

What convinces me the least is that some advanced features are limited to higher plans, which can be restrictive for small teams. I also miss more flexibility in certain integrations and greater customization in automatic summaries. Although the tool is very powerful, there is still room to simplify some workflows and make them more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Async Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

I love how Claap fits effortlessly into my deep work routine. The ability to record my screen and camera together, explain things in real time, and share a complete message without losing focus is fantastic. I appreciate the feature that lets my teammates comment on specific moments, making the feedback precise and actionable. It's great that everything stays organized and searchable—past discussions and decisions are easy to revisit. I find the async workflow incredibly efficient; it helps me protect my deep work time and allows my team members to respond thoughtfully. The screen recording feature is a huge benefit since it allows me to visually show my work. Overall, Claap delivers a smart, calm way to communicate, keeping work clear and efficient without unnecessary noise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Sometimes, for very quick or informal updates, recording a video can feel slightly heavier than sending a short text, so having more lightweight options in those moments would be nice. Also, when working on very large projects with many videos, better filtering or categorization could make it even easier to find specific recordings faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Video Messaging for Clearer Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

I use Claap to record and share quick video messages and walkthroughs with my team or clients, which makes communication clearer and faster. Claap solves the problem of long text explanations and unnecessary meetings by letting me communicate through short, clear video messages, and it is especially useful for explaining feedback or processes. What I like most about Claap is how quickly I can record, share, and get feedback in one flow. The screen and voice recording together make explanations much clearer than text, and others can comment directly on the video to keep feedback organized and contextual. It helps replace long chats and reduces the need for frequent meetings. The initial setup was very easy and the interface was simple to understand. I was able to start recording and sharing videos right away without any setup complexity or training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

At times, video uploads and processing can feel a bit slow, especially with longer recordings. The editing options are fairly basic, so trimming or refining a video after recording could be more flexible. It would also help to have stronger search and organization features for finding older videos quickly when the library grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Transcriptions, Priced a Bit Expensive"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

I appreciate the fidelity of the transcriptions in Claap as well as the structure of the reports. This greatly helps us maintain consistency from one meeting to another, especially when there are several weeks or months between each occurrence. Capturing all the details of our exchanges is crucial for us, and Claap does it really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

The number of minutes is a bit too limited for intensive use. The price is slightly too high compared to its competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
