"Claap Streamlines Design Reviews with Organized, Fast Collaboration"

5/5

What do you like best about Claap?

What I appreciate most about Claap is how it keeps design reviews, feedback, and team collaboration highly organized—all in one place. Features like screen recording, video comments, and context-based feedback noticeably speed up design iterations and cut down on the need for frequent meetings, which leads to clearer communication between the development team, product managers, and the design team.

On top of that, its streamlined collaboration framework improves coordination across different teams and helps quickly bridge operational gaps. It’s easy to onboard the team for new projects or design sprints, and everyone stays aligned by working from the same visual context. Performance is smooth, the interface is intuitive and user-friendly, and the support team responds with timely resolutions to questions. The ROI also feels strong for the pricing, since it reduces the need for design rework and helps boost overall team productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Overall, my experience has been positive. That said, for large design projects with a high volume of videos and other design assets, more advanced filtering and organizational options would be helpful for easier management. In the same way, some advanced automation features and design-specific integrations could be improved in the future to make complex workflows even smoother.

Even so, these limitations don’t significantly affect day-to-day use, and the platform seems to be steadily improving through regular updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claap has largely eliminated the biggest challenges in our UI/UX design process—scattered feedback, long discussions, and unclear requirements. We can now explain design prototypes, user flows, and interface changes clearly through video, which helps developers and other team members quickly understand what’s changing and why. As a result, there are fewer misunderstandings and less time spent going back and forth before design approvals.

The platform has also made our design reviews more structured, sped up decision-making, and kept everyone aligned around the same information. Onboarding new team members is easier too, since they can revisit past design conversations and decisions in recorded form. Overall, we’ve seen noticeable improvements in productivity, delivery speed, and design quality, leading to better ROI and a more efficient design process for the business. "Claap Makes Asynchronous Collaboration Easy with Clean UI and Time-Stamped Video Comments"

5/5

What do you like best about Claap?

Claap’s most useful feature is its asynchronous collaboration model. Being able to record cloud architecture reviews, infrastructure walkthroughs, and design discussions as videos makes it incredibly easy to share updates and decisions with the entire team. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive, so even new team members can start using the platform with minimal training. Time-stamped comments on videos, along with screen recordings and shared context, make it straightforward to understand and revisit architecture decisions later. Overall, performance has been stable, and it has been a significant help for maintaining collaboration on large projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Overall, my experience has been positive, although some of the more advanced features require a few adjustments to the team’s workflow to take full advantage of them. Organizations that rely heavily on live meetings may also need some time to get comfortable with a more asynchronous way of working.

On pricing, the premium plan could be a meaningful consideration for smaller organizations. However, for larger, distributed teams, the productivity gains and time savings can justify the investment. Onboarding was solid, and the support team was responsive and provided timely help when needed. Looking ahead, if features such as AI-based meeting summaries and context search continue to expand, the overall user experience could become even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Cloud Architect, one of my biggest challenges is clearly communicating technical decisions and architecture discussions across multiple teams. Claap has made this much easier by enabling recorded walkthroughs, video feedback, shared comments, and centralized documentation. With everything in one place, development, DevOps, security, and product teams can align around a single point of view, which reduces misunderstandings and speeds up decision-making.

The platform’s collaboration features have also made reviews more efficient, and the AI-assisted features (where available) help me quickly grasp the key takeaways from meetings. Overall, coordination between teams has improved, review cycles have accelerated, and delivering cloud projects feels more organized and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Design Reviews with Intuitive Visual Feedback"

5/5

What do you like best about Claap?

Claap’s standout feature is its intuitive collaboration and visual feedback system. Being able to record and share design reviews, prototype discussions, and client feedback all in one place has greatly simplified our day-to-day workflow. Screen recordings, video comments, and timestamp-based feedback make it straightforward to understand design changes and suggestions without confusion. As a result, communication stays clear across the design, development, and product teams, and we don’t need to rely on frequent meetings to stay aligned. Having a centralized record of every discussion is especially valuable, since it’s easy to revisit past conversations and reference the reasoning behind design decisions later. Overall, it makes the design process feel more organized and transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Claap’s interface feels modern and user-friendly. That said, to get the most out of its more advanced collaboration features, teams may need to adjust their working style a bit at the beginning. If an organization is used to traditional communication through meetings and email, moving to an asynchronous collaboration model can take some time and a period of adaptation. Also, some of the more advanced features sit behind higher-tier subscription plans, which can be an important consideration for smaller teams with tighter budgets. Even so, the boost in productivity and quicker decision-making can make the investment feel well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claap has effectively removed many of the challenges in our design review and feedback process. Before, design comments were scattered across email, chat, and different meetings, which made it time-consuming to find the right context and apply the necessary revisions. With Claap, design presentations, screen recordings, video feedback, and related discussions are all available in one place. As a UI/UX Designer, this helps me understand user experience suggestions more quickly, implement design updates more accurately, and stay better aligned with the development team. As a result, approvals move faster, the number of revision cycles is reduced, communication is clearer, and it’s easier than ever to deliver the product on time and with better quality. "Claap Streamlines Cross-Team Collaboration with Context-Rich Video Updates"

5/5

What do you like best about Claap?

Claap’s most useful feature is its ability to streamline information sharing across different teams. Being able to record and share requirements, project discussions, demos, and feedback via video helps preserve the full context behind decisions. As a result, there’s less need for repeated meetings, and all stakeholders can rely on consistent information. I found its asynchronous collaboration model particularly effective because it supports smoother coordination between product, development, and business teams. The option to clearly communicate requirements or changes and revisit them later noticeably improved both the quality of communication and the overall decision-making process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

My overall experience with Claap has been quite positive, although teams may need to make a few initial adjustments to their working methods to fully benefit from its more advanced collaboration and management features. If an organization is moving straight from a traditional, meeting-based culture to asynchronous collaboration, that transition can take some time at first. In larger organizations, rolling it out across all departments can also increase licensing costs. Even so, the improved communication, reduced meeting time, and more productive collaboration make the investment feel well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claap has effectively addressed the common challenges of gathering business requirements, communicating them to the right teams, and maintaining context throughout a project. In the past, essential information was scattered across emails, chats, and meeting notes, which often led to misunderstandings and slowed decision-making. Claap has largely removed this friction by bringing discussions, product demos, client feedback, and requirements together in one centralized place. As a Business Analyst, I can now present requirements more clearly, coordinate more smoothly with the development team, and share the full context behind any changes without effort. As a result, we’ve reduced rework, sped up decisions, strengthened collaboration across departments, and improved overall project quality and on-time delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5

What do you like best about Claap?

Actually it is helping for automatic meeting notes & summaries cause it is provide claap records, transcribes and summery of call. so we no need to keep all as a manually. as well reducing meeting overload also. it is cutting unnecessary live meeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Sometimes I face slow video processing, so uploading and AI summarizing can take some time. However, it feels like a common issue, and honestly I still love Claap, especially when I compare it with other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has solved so many problems for me. The main benefit is that it saves me time. I’m very busy with my professional work, and I don’t always have enough time to finish my daily tasks. "Claap Makes Meetings More Productive with Clear AI Summaries and Easy Sharing"

5/5

What do you like best about Claap?

After using Claap for a while, I can honestly say it has made our meetings much more productive. Before, someone always had to take notes while also trying to participate in the discussion, and important points could easily get missed. With Claap, I can stay focused on the conversation because the platform records the meeting and then generates a clear, well structured summary afterward. I especially like that it pulls out key decisions, action items, and discussion highlights without requiring much manual effort. Sharing recordings with teammates is also very straightforward, particularly for people who couldn’t attend the meeting. Instead of asking for updates, they can quickly watch the recording or read the summary and still get the full context. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and it doesn’t take long to learn, which helped our team start using it right away without any training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Overall, my experience with Claap has been positive, but there are a few areas where it could improve. In longer meetings especially those with multiple speakers or more technical discussions the AI sometimes misses smaller details or doesn’t fully capture the context behind certain decisions. For that reason, I still make a point to review the summary before sharing it with clients or the team. I’d also appreciate more flexibility for day-to-day use, such as better options for organizing recordings, adding custom tags, and tailoring the summary format to different types of meetings. These aren’t major issues, but addressing them would make the platform even more useful in daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claap has solved one of our team’s biggest productivity challenges by removing the need for manual meeting notes and making follow ups much easier. Each meeting is clearly documented, action items are simpler to track, and everyone can access the same information even if they couldn’t attend. As a result, we’ve seen less miscommunication, saved a significant amount of time, and kept projects moving forward without having to revisit the same topics over and over. For remote and hybrid teams that run frequent meetings, Claap offers a practical, reliable way to improve collaboration and make sure nothing important gets overlooked. "Claap Streamlines Video Updates and Collaboration Across the Team"

5/5

What do you like best about Claap?

What I like most about Claap is how naturally it fits into our day-to-day workflow. It makes sharing product demos, project updates, process documentation, and feedback much faster than relying on traditional meetings. Recording a video only takes a few minutes, and the option to leave timestamped comments helps keep conversations focused, clear, and organized.

It’s also been extremely helpful for onboarding new employees, since key knowledge can be recorded once and reused whenever it’s needed. I appreciate the clean interface and the overall ease of use as well, which makes it easy for everyone on the team to start collaborating without a long learning curve. Overall, Claap has improved our communication and helps us save valuable time every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Although Claap is very user-friendly, there’s room to improve how content is organized as the number of recordings grows. More filtering options, stronger workspace management, and broader integrations with other productivity platforms would make the overall experience even better. Some advanced collaboration features are limited to premium plans, but the platform still offers excellent value for everyday team communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using Claap, knowledge sharing relied heavily on meetings, chat messages, and long email threads. That made it hard to keep everyone aligned and to maintain clear, reliable documentation. With Claap, our communication is centralized: teams can share updates through searchable video recordings and keep discussions in context, so information is easier to find and revisit later.

This shift has cut down on unnecessary meetings, strengthened collaboration across departments, and made onboarding much more efficient. It also helps ensure that important project knowledge is consistently available when it’s needed. Overall, our teams communicate more smoothly, make decisions faster, and spend more time on meaningful work instead of coordinating schedules and booking meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claap Makes Asynchronous Collaboration and Training Clear and Easy"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Claap?

What I like best about Claap is how it simplifies asynchronous collaboration. Instead of scheduling multiple meetings, I can record walkthroughs, share feedback, and explain technical concepts through short videos. For training and technical enablement, it helps communicate ideas clearly, reduces back-and-forth discussions, and keeps everyone aligned regardless of time zones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

One thing I dislike about Claap is that managing a large number of recorded videos can become difficult if they aren’t well organized. Finding older recordings or specific discussions can sometimes take extra effort, especially in active teams with frequent updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claap solves the challenge of remote communication by enabling teams to share video updates, product demos, and feedback asynchronously. For me, this is especially useful when delivering technical training and collaborating across different time zones, as it reduces unnecessary meetings, improves knowledge sharing, and helps learners revisit explanations whenever needed. "Claap Makes Asynchronous Collaboration Fast, Clear, and Intuitive"

5/5

What do you like best about Claap?

What I like most about Claap is how well it supports asynchronous communication. Rather than scheduling multiple meetings, I can record a screen walkthrough with my voice and camera, which makes it much easier to explain ideas, product features, software issues, or project updates clearly. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and it takes very little time to learn.

Sharing videos is fast, and teammates can leave comments directly on the recordings, which keeps conversations organized and easy to follow. I’ve also found it especially useful for onboarding new employees, documenting workflows, creating training materials, running design reviews, and sharing client presentations. Overall, it improves collaboration while saving time for everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

One area that could be improved is how large video libraries are organized. After creating a lot of recordings, finding older content can become time consuming because the search and filtering options feel somewhat limited. I’d also appreciate more advanced editing features, such as easier trimming or updating of recordings without having to create a new video from scratch. Better folder management, customizable tags, and additional workspace organization tools would make the platform even more efficient, especially for larger teams and long term projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claap solved one of the biggest challenges in professional collaboration: cutting down on unnecessary meetings while still keeping communication clear. Rather than repeating the same explanation to different team members, I could record a single, detailed walkthrough and share it with everyone. That boosted productivity, especially for remote and hybrid teams working across multiple time zones.

It also helped create a searchable knowledge base for project updates, training sessions, bug reports, product demonstrations, and process documentation content that team members could return to whenever they needed. As a result, communication felt more consistent, onboarding moved faster, project handoffs became smoother, and overall collaboration improved without depending on constant live meetings. "Claap: A Time-Saving Collaboration Essential"

5/5

What do you like best about Claap?

I really like how quick and simple Claap is to use. I can start recording with just a few clicks without wasting time. I also appreciate being able to share a recording via a link instead of sending large video files, which is very convenient. The video quality is good, and the interface feels clean and easy to navigate, making it more effective for giving feedback and explaining ideas, especially when working with clients or teammates in different time zones. It's also great for reducing unnecessary meetings as it allows me to record my screen and explain things clearly. Plus, people can watch the recordings at their convenience, which helps avoid misunderstandings and makes collaboration much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

I haven't run into any major issues, but I think there's room for improvement. Sometimes I would like a few more customization options for recordings and sharing. It would also be nice if navigating and organizing all the recordings could become a bit easier as the library grows. These are mostly small quality of life improvements rather than major problems. What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Claap to explain ideas and share updates without scheduling meetings. It reduces unnecessary meetings, makes feedback clearer, and saves time, allowing smoother collaboration without misunderstandings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
