**What do you like best about CiviHR?**

The user design of CiviHR is not well organized. It makes handling HR tasks very cranky. The non customizable reporting feature is also poor for me because it does let me to easily monitor and analyze HR data.

**What do you dislike about CiviHR?**

The support team is unresponsive and not always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. CiviHR has disturbed my HR processes leaving me unsatisfied. CiviHR falls short in terms of user experience with an interface and confusing navigation.

**What problems is CiviHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The limited customization options restrict its adaptability to organizations well. The absence of reporting features hampers data analysis and decision making. These downsides diminish its effectiveness.
