**What do you like best about CiviHosting?**

The personal assistance and quick response to questions and concerns have been the greatest help. I'm not a very knowledgable person - our Civi system was set up many years ago and was designed specifically for our needs as a very small nonprofit organization.  I will say any time I have a question or a problem, Civi support has been available to help. For that I'm truly grateful.

**What do you dislike about CiviHosting?**

I think the system can be a bit overwhelming in terms of the details.  That's why the best part of Civi hosting for me has been the personal care to details and also to respond to my questions.

**What problems is CiviHosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system was designed many years ago with the specific needs of our organization.  We take ticket orders and maintain a website.  Being designed to meet our very specific needs has been the greatest success in using Civi.
