## About CiviCRM
CiviCRM is a contact, fundraising, event management system that allows you to record and manage information about your various constituents.

## CiviCRM Reviews
  ### 1. CiviCRM popular in Community Media

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin R. | Owner and Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Nearly feature complete for many non-profits 'out of the box', while still being easy to customize or extend.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Documentation and support options are difficult for new users to navigate.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

If you are moving to CiviCRM on your own, start simple (basic contact management) and build on that. If you're using another system, configure an automated synchronization or assign someone to repeat the steps to complete a manual synchronization periodically. Unless you have support from someone with CiviCRM experience, don't get hung up on moving all functionality at once. CiviCRM's workflows and UI are often enough to get other people in the organization to WANT to migrate vs. forcing change.

  ### 2. Excellent CRM for Nonprofits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max H. | Membership Director, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

CiviCRM is a robust, open-source CRM service that integrates seamlessly with Drupal. With a great community of developers working on the project, this excellent product is growing exponentially better every year. CiviCRM has helped my nonprofit grow from a small volunteer-run project to a 4,000 member nonprofit, and at every step of the way it has scaled perfectly with our needs. A straightforward UI allows staff to use the service for membership tracking, bulk mailing, event registration/ticketing, tracking volunteer hours, and processing payments online.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

As is the case with many nonprofits, we had no dedicated IT staff when we first deployed CiviCRM. Consequently, there was a steep learning curve for configuration and administration. For small nonprofits who are currently managing their data in Filemaker or Excel spreadsheets and considering the move to CiviCRM, I would strongly recommend making the small initial investment of contracting a specialist to help with installation and configuration, or considering the software as a service approach. Once CiviCRM is properly configured to suit your organization's needs, you will not regret your investment.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Reach out to the community if you have any questions. Contact a CiviCRM ambassador, or attend a meetup to learn more.

  ### 3. Excellent CRM application focussed on the needs of NonProfits

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew T. | Project Manager for CiviHR, Computer Networking

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

I like best that CiviCRM is developed and supported by an open-source software community that is focussed on the needs of NonProfits. The standard features are more suited to NonProfits, and there is no risk of sales people trying to sell unsuitable extra features. Typically you will need to pay a consultant to help you implement and customise the software, but if you choose a consultant that is recognised as an active member of the community, you can generally be assured that they will be competent, decent and trustworthy.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

I dislike the scarcity of user-friendly, and up to date documentation, which causes a greater reliance on the services of consultants than should be necessary.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

I recommend that you go along to few CiviCRM meetups in a city near to you. Here you will meet both consultants, and representatives of NonProfits that already use CiviCRM. You will be able to explain your requirements without being exposed to a hard sell.

  ### 4. A comprehensive system for non-profits, clubs, political organisations and more

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter D. | Director, Public Relations and Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

The fact that it is Open Source means that if some feature does not exist or does not work the way the client needs it to, then we have the option to provide a solution for them and get it contributed back in to the core system in many cases.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

CiviCRM can be set up to work in simple cases with little effort. The more complex the requirements the more of a challenge this can be. Probably would benefit most by having a more open ended reporting/analysis tool but of course the more complex the reporting system the more of a challenge configuring it can become.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Often potential users of CiviCRM do not have a very clear analysis of what their actual workflows and requirements are. I recommend you spend time clarifying what you need so that you can then test CiviCRM (and other CRMs) against what you really require, rather than what they offer.

  ### 5. My clients enhance there ability to perform their core missions with outstanding technology

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve K. | Project and Customer Support Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

*Lots of features in one place
* Very customizable
* Great additional functionality in Drupal
* Excellent community

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

*The system needs a better way to track volunteer hours and in-kind donations. This is being worked on for the next release
*Some of the terms used to describe things in the system do not make sense

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Work with a professional who can get you started. There are many features and it is just important to decide what features not to use as to use. It is very important to determine the right places to put your customizations so that you can get to them when you want to write reports or interact with them.

  ### 6. I've been building consulting solutions based on CiviCRM and Drupal for 8 years now.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave C. | Co-founder | Project Manager, Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Open source, solid Drupal integration, Drupal / Civi distribution for an easier starting point, higher-level integration with other parts of the Drupal ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

User experience, difficulty architecting custom user experiences, especially by comparison to Drupal. Requires a separate skillset from the Drupal world, which is currently hindering adoption to some extent. CiviCRM is also a moving target, so it evolves too quickly to build a wider consulting base, develop training materials / college courses, or publish books on Civi very easily.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Integration with Drupal is definitely the way to go, so you're looking for a top-notch Civi + Drupal team. Focus on your requirements and customizing the CRM to your needs, not on a list of out-of-the-box features (usually misleading for most CRM platforms) that will try to force you to model your workflows on their built-in features.

  ### 7. A Non-Profit In A Box

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher P. | Executive Director, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

All the back-office functions of a non-profit. Some aspects of civi-CRM are really slick and have become very well thought out and much better than the competition. It has allowed us to do things that would simply be impossible at our scale in terms of connecting with our constituency.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

I'm pretty happy with it.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

CiviCRM requires more robust hosting than a simple $7 a month shared website hosting plan. Many organizations will want to manage their own or virtual server. Our host (civihosting) specializes in shared hosting for civiCRM and is excellent.
CiviCRM is not a simple program. Many people in non-profits don't actually know much about fundraising, communication practices and event management. For them, a simpler program with less features and more hand holding is in order. CiviCRM isn't as complex and full-featured as Raiser's Edge, but almost.

  ### 8. Basics are built-in, plus unlimited potential for extension

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | Principal, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

The system is specifically designed for nonprofit and membership organizations, so there's no reinventing the wheel. Plus, as an open-source system, you control your own data and don't have to worry about a vendor dropping support.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Development of the project is driven by organizations' needs, so some new features can have very specific use cases.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Plan out what you'll use it for, at least skim through the user guide, and then play around with an installation--one you set up or the online demo. You'll get a feel for it and can make good decisions when it's time for implementation.

  ### 9. CiviCRM has been a good decision for our organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Migrating from a myriad of technologies for CRM, database and CMS to CiviCRM has been a major step forward for our organization. The proprietary solutions offered to the non-profit world are overly expensive and and inflexible in their implementations. Having the flexibility to own our integrated CRM solution and expand it to support our specific business model has led to solid organization and revenue growth.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Owning a solution, rather than subscribing to a software as a service product, does require more care and feeding. The rapid development cycle of CiviCRM, while wonderful for feature enhancement, adds to the care cycle of upgrades and the changes they bring.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Be prepared to manage the evolution of the product as it relates to your staff's day--to-day workflow.

  ### 10. Civicrm for medium sized Lutheran Women's Group

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy G. | Web Dept Manager & Software Specialist, Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Civicrm is the MOST flexible product I have ever worked with - it will do WHATEVER I need!

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

There's a bit of a learning curve - takes a little while to get you used to but it's WELL worth it! Once I've gotten the basics down tasks can be completed in short order!

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

The setup takes a bit to get going but again, it is WELL worth it to hang in there! So flexible, accurate, scalable - it's everything we need!

  ### 11. CRM with features for membership organizations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven S. | Partner / Technology Expert / Website Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Membership and mail list are completely integrated. These were more important to us than a classic "marketing/sales" CRM features.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Creating new reports requires coding. I'd like to see a real report writer.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Implementing CiviCRM as a membership system requires codifying rules -- and in many small organizations, rules are ad-hoc. This may result in some unpleasant discussions, but ultimately, it's worth the effort.

  ### 12. an excellent integrated solution for non-profits with built-in best practices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara E. | Partner, Philanthropy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Effortlessly add data extensions without negatively affecting upgrades; "magically" appear as search/filter/sort fields in reports.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

It can be difficult for users to visualize workflows driven by parameters.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Ensure your data is clean and clearly mapped to CiviCRM elements before physically migrating to CiviCRM's database. Understand what CiviCRM can do for you "as-is" and resort to custom coding as a last resort. Allow plenty of time for user training and parallel testing before going live.

  ### 13. CiviCRM: Free, Powerful, Useful, Complicated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris D. | Program Manager in Information and Communication Technologies, International Affairs, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

This excellent open-source solution is free, powerful, supported by a broad community, and able to do a wide variety of critical CRM tasks that all small organizations need.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

The flexibility of the system can lead to a certain complexity and concomitant learning curve.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Dive right in with their online demo. If you're not very comfortable with administering sophisticated web applications, then consider going with a hosted solution.

  ### 14. CiviCRM to the Rescue!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa H. | Director of Digital Production, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

I can't believe what I, as a non-developer, was able to accomplish for two non profit schools... Online donations, volunteer hour tracking, online registration and enrollment.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Love it all.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

The user community is fantastic. The forums are full of great input from other users and lots of developers who can help you figure out what you need to know.

  ### 15. In it for the long haul

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan D. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Strong community with dedicated leadership, clear purpose goals and foundation.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Rushed development of new features sometimes leaves an erratic code base.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Using CiviCRM is a worthwhile investment for non-profits looking to build and engage with their constituency over the long haul. But to get real value from it, you have to be clear about what you're doing and what part of your work can benefit from it's use.

  ### 16. Who Needs Salesforce or Dynamics When You Can Have CiviCRM?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

open source, feature set, development pace, ease of use, active community

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

website needs to be divided into public facing and developer facing - like Mozilla does (i.e. mozilla.com and mozilla.org)

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

You can use an expensive shared host to setup CiviCRM and give it a try. There are also demo instances available for free on the CiviCRM site.

  ### 17. Implemented it for various NGOs from 2 to > 100 staff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Its focus on the not for profit world. It is made for and by charities, it speaks your language "out of the box" and whatever custom need you have, it's likely someone else had it (and hopefully found a solution to solve it)

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

It's open source, so it means that you can customise it exactly the way you want, but I've seen quite a few that coded their way into a corner, with so many changes done in the core that upgrades are very complicated.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Evaluate it (there is a demo online), and even if open source and no licence fees, do have a budget. It will be cheaper and certainly you won't end up locked in and forced to pay for extra features, but don't expect it to be free, just cheaper and more open.

  ### 18. Solid product for non-profit organizations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas T. | Cloud Consultant, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Open source product with a strong support community. Serves many nonprofit needs out-of-the-box, with decent customization options.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

"Serious" customization, such as additional automation, or new workflows, or new data objects requires custom coding. Also, while there are some hosting vendors that will provision CiviCRM for you, this is not software-as-a-service - upgrades still depend heavily on the end user.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Acquisition cost is free, but you'll need to provide your hosting somehow, and will almost certainly need professional services to do a solid implementation.

  ### 19. All-in-one free CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John D. | Freelance Digital Marketing, Online Media

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Only CRM that is fully integrated with Drupal Views and Users.
Amazing membership features if you have premium content.
Open source and free.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Nothing major. I've been using it for a while and my issues have or are being addressed by the team.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Targeted at nonprofit orgs but can be simply modified to suit business.

  ### 20. CiviCRM is an excellent Donor, Event and Member Management system.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheila B. | Partner, Strategic Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

I love the ability to add custom fields quickly. The ability to integrate with the client's Drupal website presence allows us to provide a seamless user experience.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Performance can be an issue if not configured correctly.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Hire people who are experienced at implementing CiviCRM with a CMS such as Drupal.

  ### 21. Much more than CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter P. | Professor, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Brings multiple information sources into one database - contacts, payments, event registrations, bulk email, etc.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Complexity can be overwhelming to first time users that don't take the time to look through documentation.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Partner up with an implementor who will guide your organization and provide support over long term.

  ### 22. Powerful and Approachable solution for non-profits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eliot M. | VP of Client Solutions, Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

open-source, non-profit specific CRM that works with a range of web platforms.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

architecture can be difficult to customize/add code - especially for beginners.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Check it out! Try the demo site and ask if your needs can be met with CiviCRM (they probably are!)

  ### 23. Enterprise-grade open source contact, membership and event management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan O. | Owner, Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Implementation for simple use cases can be accomplished rapidly. Choice of CMS integration (Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla).

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Some features currently lagging on Wordpress platform, but this is a work in progress.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Give serious consideration to this package before the purchase of commercial alternatives (Salesforce.com, Raiser's Edge, etc.)

  ### 24. An excellent management software for the Third Sector

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego V. | Datacenter Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

CiviCRM is a high-quality free software, made with respect for those who will use it. It has an excellent set of features to help third sector organizations relate to their members.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

We need to complete the translation process of CiviCRM into Brazilian Portuguese.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

It is necessary to properly plan the implementation of CiviCRM and rely on skilled installation and configuration consulting.

  ### 25. Exceptionally poweful open-source CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

The out-of-the-box functionality matches competitors, but CiviCRM pulls ahead thanks to its endless customizability

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Requires a relatively high level technical knowledge to setup and configure

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Try it out, it's free and you will be surprised at how good it is.

  ### 26. great nonprofict CRM tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

It is very intuitive, especially for the nonprofit sector. It has been very easy to train existing staff and new hires on using it.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Overall we've been happy with it. There have been a handful of customization tweaks we've been interested in that have not been cost effective to pursue, but finding alternative ways of doing things may ultimately been better for us in the long run.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

I think one of Civi's best qualities is how intuitive it is for use with a nonprofit.

  ### 27. Best of breed integrated CRM and CMS specific for nonprofits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Executive Office | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

CiviCRM's vertical line of business covers the majority of nonprofit needs at low cost of entry

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

The software is not easy for non-technical users to set up or maintain.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

CiviCRM is most beneficial to nonprofits that partner with an expert in the software to get set up for their needs, handle the data migration from legacy systems, and train internal staff on maintenance and support. Migrating the organization website into a CMS with CiviCRM running within that environment presents the best overall architecture for integrated systems

  ### 28. CRM for non-profits that consistently delights by delivering more than expected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Range of functionality including full featured CRM, email contacting, events, membership, contribution payments. Integration with Drupal is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Can be challenging to find correct user and admin documentation.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Be prepared to overlook minor imperfections to gain access to an amazing feature set.

  ### 29. Provides the flexibility and openness to achieve what we require.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris W. | Projects coordinator, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Event management, bulk mails and those 'hidden features' that surprise you for the best.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Some inconsistency within interface, sometimes a little slow.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Make a plan before utilising it.

  ### 30. Powerful free tool for NPOs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

CiviCRM is free software yet the amount of functionality and power it provides compare to commercial products. It's geared primarily for NPOs and it fits many of their needs very specifically--most CRMs are geared more for sales and lack these NPO features.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

The interface can be challenging to customize at times.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

The CiviCRM team is very good and the community is very friendly. I highly recommend checking out their site and their demo.

  ### 31. French Chamber of Commerce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

That it is very easy to use and to understand. Also, it is very practical that you can modify a lot of settings yourself.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

It would be practical if there would be even more compatibilities between the CRM and other programs such as Outlook, Word, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

More compatibilities between the CRM and other programs such as Outlook, Word, etc.

  ### 32. Great database

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

Designed specifically for non-profits, community of designers and users that is getting stronger, openness to change and to new ideas, is open-source

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

Changes slowly based on the open-sourced format, can be clunky

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

hire a consultant to set it up and help you initially set up your data to avoid future headaches

  ### 33. an open source CRM suited particularly to the needs of non-profit org's

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

It integrates so well with other software eg CMS (Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla), etc.

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

That it requires a knowledge of Unix to install, configure and maintain it.

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Be prepared to learn enough about Unix to install/support it or get a service provider to do that for you.

  ### 34. Integrates deeply with your website, you control your data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2013

**What do you like best about CiviCRM?**

API and deep integration with Drupal; Webform-CiviCRM module makes it simple to link forms on the site directly to the CRM

**What do you dislike about CiviCRM?**

A few features need a little more polish, but overall I love it

**Recommendations to others considering CiviCRM:**

Try the demo site, ask for help on the forums
