Civic IQ is a B2G sales intelligence platform that monitors 100,000+ U.S. government agencies and surfaces buying signals 6 to 18 months before RFPs are formally issued. By tracking public agency board meetings, budget discussions, and procurement activity in real time, Civic IQ gives sales teams the earliest possible visibility into government opportunities before they hit any bid board. Key capabilities: Meeting Intelligence: Monitor agency board meetings and council sessions to catch procurement signals as they happen. Pre-RFP Signal Detection: AI-powered analysis of meeting transcripts and budget documents to identify opportunities months before formal solicitation. Contact Data: Access verified decision maker contacts so you reach the right person at the right time. Outreach: Built-in email sequences and dialer to act on signals without switching tools. List Builder: Build targeted agency lists by geography, agency type, and contract size. Competitor Tracking: Monitor when competitors are mentioned in government meetings and track contract renewals. CRM Integrations: Connects natively with your existing CRM, Claude, ChatGPT, and other sales tools. Built for B2G sales teams, AEs, SDRs, and founders selling into SLED and federal markets who want to win government business earlier, not just respond faster.
