It performs well overall, and I’ve also had good support from the team whenever I’ve needed it. **What do you dislike about SafeHR?** It can feel a little rigid in places with its rules. We struggled with a few more unusual holiday allocations for some of our international team members, and unfortunately the support team wasn’t able to assist. At times it can be a bit over the top, requiring you to dot every I and cross every T. **What problems is SafeHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to store and manage our HR-related activities, including booking holidays, storing contracts, and keeping other associated employee files organised. ### 2. Its easy to navigate. The way to see everyone's holiday is very clear **What do you dislike about SafeHR?** Not much really. it has everything we need. if there is a mobile app, that would be better. **What problems is SafeHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** All HR related activities are centralised. ### 5. The tabs and screens are easy to navigate. There's no complex configuration or set-up required at the start. It is also really easy to bulk-upload and maintain data day to day. Managers use it readily (which is a result in its own right when it comes to introducing HR systems to a workplace!) We also find our remote workers who access it on their phones find it easy to use on the mobile view. The customer service we get is fantastic. The team are responsive - give us a reply from the helpdesk within a couple of hours (sometimes minutes!). They are all so helpful and always offer to put forward ideas to their development team if the system doesn't do something we've asked about. I've implemented a lot of systems in my time in HR and this is hands down the easiest, best system I've used - over and above some other incredibly expensive ones. I'm just so pleased we found Citrus - it's been an absolutely game-changer for us. **What do you dislike about SafeHR?** Occasionally we come across something the system doesn't do - but it's rare and there is always a work-around. There is also constant development going on and new features coming out, so this isn't a dislike really. I have nothing negative to say about Citrus. **What problems is SafeHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enabling the HR team to have all information stored in one central location - the same location that managers and individuals can view details. It's cut down on individual emails and queries to the team about HR records, performance reviews and requests to update personal data. It gives managers and the team so much autonomy and freedom, cutting out the middle man in HR and doing it themselves. It's amazing! The report function is also incredibly useful - not only are there preset reports but the dynamic reporting function is great for setting your own parameters and reporting requirements. This has cut down hugley on manual time we previously spend on reporting. The Snap Shot view and monthly Pulse / Satisfaction survey's also give a great indication of things going on at a point in time. We particularly like managing holiday and sickness absence through Citrus, it makes it so easy to keep track of where everyone is each day! Also, the Citrus support team are incredibly helpful and quick to respond to queries. **What do you dislike about SafeHR?** We were disappointed when we realised Citrus didn't auto-add public holidays in calendars of teammates living outside of the UK, but I believe the team have recently introduced this function which we're thrilled about! Also, we'd love to be able to filter expense claims by charge code in the future. **What problems is SafeHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps manage holidays, sick leave, expenses, organize employee's personnel documents, and more! ### 7.
