What do you like best about Citrix Workspace?

I like the fact that it is very straight and to the point. There is not a lot of different tabs or buttons that are unnecessary or taking up space. That can make the job confusing when the system is confusing, so I like that it is a pretty simple interface. Also, it is very accurate and up to date in real time with the rest of the tools which helps things run smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Citrix Workspace?

There is not a whole lot that I dislike about CCS. It is a system that is very sensitive so one must learn how to navigate it a certain way to get the best results. I have a habit of going back into my orders after making any changes to make sure they were appropriately submitted, and sometimes the changes do not immediately reflect in CCS. That is annoying to have to click in and out a few times. But I understand no tool is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Citrix Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have realized the benefit of trusting my tool the first time with the information it provides me, because 9 times out of 10, if I call the Warehouse to try and confirm what I am seeing, the Warehouse is going to tell me the same thing. What problems is Citrix Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

one of the user is not able to connect signal sign-on (SSO) so I have checked on the portal user was authorized for accessing the Citrix URL I have added the user ID on the Citrix cloud portal and the issue was resolved. The benefit is if a user is not authorized for accessing the Citrix URL so he can't do anything without administrator permission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Citrix Workspace?

It's easier and user friendly to work on citrix workspace, not much needed in order to start your Vpn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many times it keeps on crashing, the screen freezes and won't get back to normal unless & until i reboot the system and thus it wastes good 5-10 min specially when i have an important meeting to attend or an email to be sent urgently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Citrix Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

When covid hit the world, i was a bit sceptical on how it's going to hamper my work because the kind of work which i deal with is very confidential and earlier we hadn't explored the wfh option that's when citrix workspace came to our rescue.

In the new Citrix Cloud you don't have the option to live view a Virtual Machine like you use to have it in XenCenter with the on-premise installation, even if you can capture moments on the screen in Azure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
