We use the system for information with payments, and it is helpful to speed the process up and keep it as secure as possible. It gives helps us process payments without having to worry about the information being vulnerable. We have offices all over the country, and this system makes it possible to work away from the main office and be confident each transaction will be safe. What do you dislike about Citrix Secure Private Access? My least favorite thing is we have to log in often because it times out after a little while. I like that you are able to pin the most important apps to your Citrix favorites. This makes it very easy to get to the software I need as quick as possible. It can be a pain to log into if you have an authorization tool that is linked. I sometimes find my Citrix can take forever to load as it waits for the authorization to process. We use Citrix secure workspace to see all connections established from the Citrix receiver. We have plenty of applications hosted on Citrix servers. Citrix secure workspace is pre- installed in our office laptops. It shows us exactly which server we are connected with. It helps the support team to determine the problematic server. Advanced preference has many options, like you can reset the workspace. You can also delete passwords. Keyword and language bar is a fantastic option available. Few things are annoying sometimes, especially when you cannot connect the server, and it just doesn't tell you exact issues. Sometimes the reason can be your profile is locked with one server, and you cannot connect to new servers.
