Nit a huge fan to be honest. Only works with certain browsers. Authentication security is frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Citrix Gateway? As above. This particular system is the worst I have used for hospital record retrieval. It is so complex and I hate that I have to use internet explorer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Citrix Gateway: You have no choice if it is the choice of the hospital you have privileges at. Citrix Netscaler Unified gateway allows everyone, regardless of device or location, to connect to the apps they need for work. The connection is fast and it also allows for VPN.
