The best part is, you can launch all the tools you need by siging into only one platform. It also has two factor authentication for better security. Easily launchable no extra efforts needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Citrix Gateway? Sometimes if the data interrupts all the tools go down and take around 2-3 minuts to reconnect. What problems is Citrix Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you? Firstly, it solves the problem of remembering multiple passwords for muktiple tools. Very easy to navigatem through site and tools, wich are automatically connected to citrix, for easier and faster access to clients data and easy using f templates, to make ahole proces easier and faster. Also, user interface could have possibilitie that the user adopt start site, for easier finding of clients, clients data. Also, the cahnging of clients personal files could be made a bit faster. Citrix provides me easy changing between 3 most used tools (e-mail editing, writing and sending). I found it helpful to be able to view several providers' schedules at the same time because it helped me in planning my day. Our system was down so frequently that it became unreliable even to use it as your only documentation source. It was also frustrating not to have inpatient and outpatient notes on the same software. It's a relatively straightforward electronic health records system that doesn't take much time to learn. Citrix allowed me to access a different computer that had specific programs my computer would not have normally been able to load. Often times, I would run into problems of loading. I couldn't get into the workspace and/or it would be extremely laggy. Helps in creating a highly secured VPN connection, it sends you login credentials every time you want to log in which improves reliability and security. I use Citrix gateway to access all of my workplace applications while working remotely. I pair this with a 2-factor authentication app that secures all of these files. This site gives me access to all of my main applications in one organized homepage. I can open them all up each morning and not have to re-login to citrix unless I close the applications. I am not sure if someone at my company decided what was on the homepage, but it is organized very well and very specified to my needs which I love! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Citrix Gateway? I find that this software can take awhile to load, not open applications. However, I am usually able to trouble shoot this by opening up Citrix in another browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Citrix Gateway: I would recommend that users try this application in multiple browsers if they are ever having issues with it.
