CiteWing helps founders and small teams find backlink opportunities on pages AI search engines already cite, then manage outreach to earn relevant links and brand mentions. It scans ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude to show where your brand appears and where competitors are recommended instead. CiteWing uses these citations to identify relevant websites and articles to approach. It checks prospective websites for contact email addresses and writes personalized pitches using your product details and the publisher’s article. Follow-ups, AI-sorted replies and dashboard conversations help you manage outreach in one place. A separate outreach domain and sending inbox are set up for you. New inboxes gradually increase sending over two weeks, reaching up to 30 pitches per day. Weekly AI visibility scans help you track changes. Use the web dashboard or connect CiteWing to ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and other MCP-compatible assistants to check visibility, find prospects, draft outreach and handle replies. Sending through an assistant requires your confirmation. Built for SaaS founders, startups and marketers, CiteWing reduces time spent finding publishers, writing emails and tracking conversations across separate tools. A separate $249 done-for-you directory submission service covers one website and 100 directories, with directory selection, progress tracking and a private report. A paid seven-day trial costs $19.
