**What do you like best about Citationsy?**

Guided by other reviews on this website, I thought I'd give Citationsy a try. It seems pretty user-friendly, but...

**What do you dislike about Citationsy?**

I entered the doi of an article from the Journal of Medical Ethics, and it couldn't find the article. So I had to enter it manually.
Then I tried to export the reference to Word. But this isn't free. This wasn't indicated on any of the other reviews on this website (G2), and I find it a major drawback! Okay it's nice to have all my references for a particular project in one place, but I need to be able to use the references in papers I write, and I'd assumed this'd be a free service. I won't be using Citationsy again

**What problems is Citationsy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wish the creator of Citationsy all the best, but I was looking for more free features
