CITADEL-X is a CRM built by a working REALTOR® for real estate agents and teams. It replaces the stack of separate tools most agents pay for, with everything native inside one login. Plans start at $57 a month for a Sub-Account, a full workspace of your own. The Full Account is $97 a month and adds sub-accounts for teams and brokerages. Texts, calls, email and AI are paid from a prepaid Wallet as you use them, with every charge itemized and a monthly AI budget you set. What’s built in: One inbox for texts, email, calls and web chat Contacts, saved segments and buyer and seller pipelines AI voice agents that answer your line, book appointments from your real calendar and follow up with quiet leads A2P-registered business texting and email broadcasts Websites, funnels, forms and a client portal for buyers and sellers AI Studio, which builds web apps and pages from a plain-English description Calendar booking with two-way Google and Outlook sync Workflow automation with ready-made seller and buyer recipes Compliance is built into every message. Consent is checked before each automated send, with quiet hours, opt-out handling, a Fair Housing wording guard, and a log of every send that was blocked and why.
