**What do you like best about Cisive?**

The online portal is highly effective and very convenient it makes sending and entering data very efficient.

**What do you dislike about Cisive?**

At times, particularly recently, the turnaround time is less than acceptable.  This has impacted the start dates of many hires.  

**What problems is Cisive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Background checks (employment history and education background).  Very useful in establishing reliability has become an integral component of onboarding practices.
