We recently went through the onboarding experience with Driver iQ, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the very first day, the process was smooth and welcoming. What do you like best about Cisive?

The Driver iQ team is exceptional to work with, and I've enjoyed working with them for several years. They have been instrumental in our ability to reach some very ambitious goals over the past few years. Driver iQ has enabled us to completely customize our content and processes, which has allowed us to reduce our turnaround time and time to hire by half, increase our hire velocity and improve the onboarding experience for our drivers. I would, and do, highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a change.

Best in the business as far as I’m concerned. I’ve used HireRight and Asurint – and they can't touch the DiQ team. Great group, very responsive and very easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisive?

I'd say the only downside is that it's increased our volume of work, but that means it's increasing our driver count, which is exactly what we wanted! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cisive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Obtaining criminal backgrounds, and safety performance history on driver applicants is the biggest delay in the hiring process and prior to our partnership with DiQ that took about a week per class to do, cutting our ability to bring in more than 30 drivers each week. Within a year of implementation, we were able to streamline and refine our processes to such a degree that it allowed us to go from one Orientation class per week, with a max of 30 drivers, to 4 Orientations per week, capable of hiring 70+ drivers. That, in turn, has allowed for rapid growth of our seated truck count, which is vital to the continued success of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From day one, Cisive has been solving our top 3 issues of accurate information, speed and cost as it relates to background screening. We are able to put our trust in their systems and processes - their distinct way of providing the information allows the recipient to view the good and bad quickly and efficiently. Background reports return within seconds allowing us to speed up our process which makes both the candidate and employer experience positive. What do you like best about Cisive?

I like the streamline process of all verification of dates of employment and accident history at one location.

Our organization requires that we verify a set amount of Experience of commercial vehicle operators and how many jobs they've had.

What do you like best about Cisive?

Amazing customer support and innovation. They have online chat support to answer questions immediately. They are always open to suggestions and willing to intergrate with our home built ATS as well as the major players in the industry. Processing reports is a daily task and its vital to have partner that provides all the services in one easy to use place. As an advanced user, their portal is also very easy to access and use. With consistent follow up meetings with their team, we have only improved our overall process and reduced our hiring costs associated with processing background checks and running motor vehicle records. What do you dislike about Cisive?

Only complaint I have is the portal can be a little slow and cumbersome but for most users they will never use this feature and can always use their live chat to solve any issues that happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cisive?

We have been very pleased with the integration with our credentialing platform and the ease of use. It was very easy to implement and configure. The number of features is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisive?

Currently the only downside is the ability to copy a credentialing delegate on the emails sent to the practitioner applicant but that requires more configuration settings with our credentialing system as well and hopefully is something that will change in the near future. Cisive has had quite a few reorganizations in the time I've been managing them. It hasn't always been clear as to who does what and how to leverage the right people to get the right tasks done correctly and timely. I think there is still room for opportunity to create more seamless processes so that Cisive seems like the well-oiled machine I know it can be.
