That previous template enabled recipients to jump to different parts of the email that are relevant to them from the table of contents vs having to scroll through the entire report. I really like CisionOne's newsletter function, which is easy to use and provides great summaries for articles. It's also easier to tag articles and generate Excel reports on the coverage per tag. It looks like the search may be set up wrong, and we are currently looking into this with the account manager, but sometimes I click on articles and Harrods was not at all mentioned.
