The old Cision platform was way easier to use and get around in, and it took way less time and effort on my part. The whole interface feels cluttered, especially the sidebar, which makes it tough to navigate. The layout of the old Cision site was so much clearer and didn't require as much thought. What do you dislike about CisionOne? - Slow interface and regularly lags. - Media database removed descriptions of journalists in place of their X bios, which makes researching more labor intensive. - Media database filtering is hard to use and the results are often overwhelming. - Results from media monitoring often have discrepancies -- a publication may mention a company several times throughout the week but not all of the articles will appear. - Boolean queries are somewhat effective but often requires a lot of filtering, which then omits certain results. - Process for scheduling alerts is clunky, requiring extra steps just to schedule a recurring alert schedule.
