What do you dislike about CisionOne? Our team uses a portion of the platform for a very specific use so it's hard to speak to the full product suite. I do find that they use varying nomenclature that can be confusing and the site can be intimidating to click around without fearing you're going to use up credits. I like that you can integrate CisionOne with Slack and have the updates come through on Slack. It's just a time saver because I've created a workflow, so the updates come through on Slack and then it's linked to a Google Sheet which automatically updates when I start a workflow. So I do manually go in and check the website as well. I don't know how to niche down our search because we get a lot of coverage come through for our client, Moth, but it will be articles about festivals in America and things like that. CisionOne is particularly bad at handling long requests for many searches at once. It's very difficult to track general trends when there are more than 20 searches at the same time, which is a challenge for us because our community has more than 1,000 members. Tagging pieces of coverage makes it simple to work out for each of our sectors what sort of coverage we are getting. The old Cision platform was way easier to use and get around in, and it took way less time and effort on my part. The whole interface feels cluttered, especially the sidebar, which makes it tough to navigate. The layout of the old Cision site was so much clearer and didn't require as much thought.
